4-Week Beginner Adult Karate Course – March 2023 – The Watershed, Kilkenny.

Participants will attend one class per week over the 4 weeks of March and will gain a solid introduction to the martial-art of karate. No prior experience is necessary and we cater for all fitness levels. Course is open to males & females. No equipment of special clothing needed (sportwear is fine).
Classes will run each week on Tuesdays 8pm-9pm, Thursdays 8-9pm and Saturdays 12pm-1pm. Participants will have the option to attend any of these three classes each week which offers great flexibility around work and family commitments. Course will run between the following dates – Thursday 2nd March – Thursday 30th March 2023.
