The Budo Martial Arts Centre teaches traditional shotokan karate as taught by the Japan Shotokan Karate Association. Membership has grown rapidly to now becoming one of the largest Traditional Karate Clubs in the area.
The club host regular courses and gradings in the Kilkenny area and hope to increase the number over the coming years. The club operates separate kids and adult classes plus also runs mixed sessions where both adults and kids can train together, ideal for families.
